The challenge:

We had to communicate a vast array of legal, agenda, sponsorship and guidance messages throughout an event in a huge venue.

The idea:

We designed and produce 4-second MP4s for each message, then ran a complex scheduling system which rotated at the appropriate times and on the appropriate screen location.
